Our aim is to maintain visual function, which is of the utmost importance, in an excellent condition by detecting ophthalmologic disease which cause vision disorders at an early stage. As many of ophthalmological diseases are related to systemic diseases, those associated with diabetes, Sjogren's syndrome, herpes zoster and rheumatoid arthritis will be diagnosed and treated in coordination with other departments.

- Vitreoretinal disease (cataract, retinal detachment, macular hole which means perforation in macula lutea, age-related macular degeneration which means bleeding in macula lutea and branch retinal vein occlusion caused by arteriosclerosis)
- Treatments for refractory corneal infection
- Emergent corneal perforation
- We also deal with highly specialized ophthalmic conditions such as neuro-ophthalmologic disorders, orbital diseases such as orbital plate fracture and nasolacrimal duct obstructions; which can be closely related to underlying systemic diseases.
- Specialists in the field with vast experience will treat general ophthalmologic diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye and allergic diseases.
