Highlights of the department

• Emergency cases in neurological disorders such as cerebrovascular disorders, epilepsy and disturbed consciousness will be treated in cooperation with the neurosurgery and emergency room (ER).
• Intractable neurological diseases including the following will also be treated
  • Neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
  • Neurological immune diseases such as myasthenia gravis and multiple sclerosis
  • Various types of peripheral neuropathy and myopathy
• For dementia, accurate diagnosis will be provided using advanced medical equipment and a comprehensive approach consisting of treatment, progress observation and family support will be taken
