For Patients from Overseas

Those wishing to visit Japan to receive medical care

1. You need to apply for "Visa for Medical Stay" to visit Japan for medical purpose. For more details, please see the following website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
2. If you wish to have medical care in our hospital, please select and contact a guarantor (such as a medical coordinator or travel agency) registered in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and/or Japan Tourism Agency (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Truism or Japan). You can find the list of guarantors from the link posted on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website as below:

3. Please provide us with your medical information (including X-ray/CT/MRI images or CD-ROM) through your guarantor. Based on your information, we will consults our physician about acceptance of the consultation.

Remote Consultation with Specialist

Remote consultations with specialists are available for people living outside Japan and receiving medical treatment at medical institutions outside Japan.

Remote consultation fee: 110,000JPY (incl. tax)

※In principal for 60 minutes, no extension.
Payment must be made in advance to the bank account specified by the clinic.

Documents should be submitted in Japanese. Translation of documents and medial interpreters must be arranged by the patient. If you apply through a specialist medical intermediary, they will arrange them for you. If neither of these is possible, please contact us.
