Change in Additional Fees for First-time Patient without Referral (Sentei Ryoyohi)

We would like to announce a change in additional fees for a first-time patient without a referral (Sentei Ryoyohi) effective from January 1, 2024.

If you are a new patient to our hospital and do not have a referral letter (a patient referral document) from another medical institution, you will be charged 5,500 JPY for “Sentei Ryoyohi”, in addition to the first visit fee.

From January 1, 2024, however, the fee will be changed to 7,700 JPY (including tax) as we have been designated by the Chiba Prefectural government as a hospital focusing on advanced medical services for patients referred from other medical institutions.

In addition, if you come back to our hospital after being referred to another medical institution, an additional fee of 3,300 JPY (tax included) will be charged from January 1, 2024.
